# 7 Technology

This is the first Russian Mobile Phone - mine is pretty groovy compared to this!

Technology has certainly come a long way. I saw a wooden card catalogue the other day at an antique shop. Technology is moving at such a fast pace that I am in fear of becoming a dinosaur overnight. My mobile phone is almost on the vergeo of being "retro" - can't take photos, play tunes or anything else for that matter. Still I am not quite sure why you would want a phone to do any of those things. Lucky I never spent a lot of time getting the hang of the video recorder - it's out the door already!

#5 Flickr: MY VEGE GARDEN

Computers do not come easily to me - there is nothing "natural" about them wahtsoever. Not like gardening for example - I can spend hours with my plants.
It all seems to be so easy,- natural and instinctive to me.
These are words that noone in their right mind would ever associate with me and technology.
SO - I feel like Dorothy as I head down my Yellow Brick Road- On an adventure ... a bit scared but determined to get to the end
